During operation, you can monitor and control energy consumption to ensure energy-efficient use. Optionally, our accommodations can also be equipped with solar panels, which enable a low-carbon energy supply and significantly reduce ongoing operating costs.

Whenever technically feasible, our FlexHomes are constructed using sustainable building materials. Aesthetics and sustainability go hand in hand: The basic structure is made of high-quality solid wood, and the windows are triple-glazed, which, combined with top-notch insulation, ensures the highest insulation performance.

What makes our FlexHomes special is their Second Life Guarantee: Our housing units aren’t designed to be discarded at some point. If you no longer need your FlexHomes, we’ll buy them back.

After being carefully refurbished, the units are integrated into a new project, giving them a second life. This innovative upcycling concept minimizes waste, extends the lifespan of the materials, and conserves valuable resources.
