Responsibility for society and the environment

“Doing one thing and not leaving the other undone” – the central principle of our sustainability concept: although our projects are implemented very quickly and cost-effectively, we consistently take into account the principle of protecting the environment and minimizing the consumption of resources. Our fully electrified energy concept enables operation with environmentally friendly, green electricity, and a state-of-the-art energy-efficient design concept reduces overall energy consumption.

During operation, you can individually monitor and control energy consumption to ensure energy-efficient use. As an option, our accommodation can also be equipped with solar panels, which not only contributes to a CO2-reduced energy supply, but also significantly reduces operating costs in the medium term.

Where technically possible, our FlexHomes are made from sustainable building materials. The design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also sustainable: the construction is made of high-quality solid wood, the windows are triple-glazed, which together with the first-class insulation ensures the highest insulation values.

Sustainable and aesthetic solid wood construction:
The exterior façade of our FlexHomes is optimally made of high-quality solid wood, which is not only visually appealing, but also offers sustainable benefits.

Aesthetics and adaptability:
The natural wood look blends organically into any environment and gives the residential units a modern, warm appearance. Whether in an urban or rural setting, the wooden façade creates a harmonious connection to the surroundings.

Sustainability and climate protection:
Solid wood permanently stores CO₂ instead of releasing it. Our constructions and façades therefore make an active contribution to climate protection by improving the CO₂ balance and promoting sustainable construction.

Solar” add-on package – sustainability meets efficiency

As an option, we offer state-of-the-art solar panels for our FlexHomes that reduce operating costs and meet the highest standards of sustainable construction.

Opt for the additional “Solar” package and not only make an active contribution to the responsible use of resources, but also benefit from considerable potential savings in operating costs. Based on an assumed annual consumption* of 4,800 kWh per FlexHome, the use of a balcony power plant can save up to 40% of electricity costs during operation**.

  • Sustainable management:
Save Co2 by producing your own electricity.
  • Real savings:
Use solar energy to noticeably reduce your energy costs.
  • Increase your independence:
Reduce your dependence on rising electricity prices.

Do you have any questions? Let us advise you without obligation on how you can save costs with the “Solar” add-on package and make a contribution to the environment at the same time!

* Actual consumption may vary depending on location, occupancy intensity and the individual usage behavior of the residents.
** A balcony power plant with an output of 2,000 watts can generate between 1,500 and 2,000 kWh of electricity per year. The exact yield depends on the location, orientation and weather conditions.

Second Life Garantie

Sustainability rethought

The special thing about our FlexHomes is their Second Life Guarantee: Our modular housing units are not designed to be disposed of at some point. If you no longer need our FlexHomes, we will buy them back.

After careful refurbishment, the units are integrated into a new project and thus given a second life. This innovative upcycling concept minimizes waste, extends the life of the materials and conserves valuable resources.

FlexHomes – sustainability that goes beyond the first use.
