FlexCont units offer a practical and very cost-effective solution for temporary municipal housing needs—such as to bridge gaps during times of special need. Thanks to their modular design, they can be adapted to meet specific needs, combined, stacked, or easily dismantled at a later date.

Design, Floor Plan & Features

The containers feature a clearly structured, versatile floor plan. Each unit is fully insulated and equipped with a compact bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, as well as a mini-kitchen. Optionally, the living units can be furnished with sleeping and dining furniture. The containers can also be used as office spaces or command centers.

Dimensions: approx. 3 × 7 meters | Capacity: 2–4 people per unit.

Space Efficiency, Stackability, and Reuse

The containers are structurally designed for stacking and require less floor space. Their modular design allows for flexible arrangement of the units and easy implementation of various occupancy concepts. Thanks to their universal floor plan, the containers can easily be repurposed for other uses once their original purpose has ended.
